Sahar Firoozi in Form III has won a national competition organised by Living Streets to design one of 11 WoW badges which will be issued during next year to over 300,000 school children up and down the country. The badges are awarded every month to children who walk to and from school in a particular week – ‘Walk Once a Week’ (WoW). The girls at Seaton House can’t wait to wear Sahar’s Polar Bear design and we are all very proud of her success.
Our annual Teddy Bear’s Picnic was held on Wednesday when the girls brought in their favourite teddies (plus an amazing assortment of cuddly toys!). The money raised was for the charity Action Medical Research and their mascot, Paddington Bear made a surprise appearance at lunchtime bringing his own packed lunch of marmalade sandwiches!

About the School
Seaton House School was founded in 1930 and has grown and thrived over the past 90 years. We are a member of ISA, the Independent Schools Association and are regulated by the ISI the Independent Schools Inspectorate.
We are a small, friendly and nurturing school with a keen eye on the academic, sporting and artistic accomplishments of our pupils. We strive to bring out the best each girl can be and celebrate her achievements both at school and in extra-curricular pursuits. Year on year, we are hugely proud of the successes of our Form VI leavers as they embark on their senior school careers. Confident young ladies, well prepared to face new and exciting challenges having benefited from, what we believe to be, simply the best of starts in their education.
