Form IV had a wonderful time in Bowles, despite the rain and mud! We learned to work as a team, to support one other on the low ropes, we learned how to ski and we went rock climbing. We practised our archery skills and went sledging and pool kayaking. We learned to read a map during orienteering skills and, in the evenings, we had great fun toasting marshmallows around the campfire. Thank you so much to Mrs Mason and to Mrs Hammond for such a fantastic week!
Very well done indeed to our Form VI girls who hosted our annual Gladman Tournament earlier this week. We were delighted that our guest of honour, Mrs Gladman, could come back to see us and to present the trophy. Our team played exceptionally well and fought hard on court, finishing fourth overall. Thank you to our Form VI girls who were such wonderful hosts, to Mrs White for organising such a fantastic afternoon and to all our families and friends who came to cheer us on.

We are a small, friendly and nurturing school with a keen eye on the academic, sporting and artistic accomplishments of our pupils. Year on year, we are hugely proud of the successes of our Form VI leavers as they embark on their senior school careers. Confident young ladies, well prepared to face new and exciting challenges having benefited from, what we believe to be, simply the best of starts in their education.
