What an unforgettable week in Auron. The day after we arrived, the resort had one of the biggest snowfalls of the season and the girls couldn’t have wished for more of the white stuff! The girls were incredible. In the ESF ski lessons they were attentive, polite and resilient – all of them progressed enormously. Out of lessons they were engaging, mature and great company. On a daily basis, we witnessed the girls helping and supporting each other, both on the slopes and back at the hotel. A week to remember for ever, for the personal achievements, the laughter and the snowballs!
Friends and family were treated to a wonderful evening at our first-ever Arts Festival held at the The Cryer Arts Theatre. It was a truly memorable evening, showcasing the incredible talents of our students as they sang, played outstanding music and delivered beautiful poetry and compelling monologues. Well done to everyone who took part and a special thank you to Mrs Andrea Milne – Head of Music and Mr Nick Parker-Tutt – Head of Drama
We are delighted to announce that every single Seaton House student, who recently took part in the Trinity Exams, held on site over two days, received a Distinction! 39 girls out of 39 girls were awarded Distinctions for Speech and Drama Grade 1-5. The drama provision at Seaton House just gets stronger and stronger! It is also important to mention that in the past 18 months, 4 Seaton House girls have been offered Drama Scholarships at Epsom College, Sutton High School, Caterham School and City of Freemans. Well done to all the girls who received a Distinction. We are very proud of you all. Special thanks must also go to our Head of Drama, Nick Parker-Tutt.
